Next Steps + How to Prepare
1. Emails Incoming
In the next few minutes, you’ll receive several emails including a networking event ticket that will be resent to you prior to the cruise, an invoice for your deposit, and a welcome email with next steps. We will now process your stateroom preference with Royal Caribbean. And in the coming weeks and months, we’ll follow up with more details.
3. Final Payment
An invoice for the balance of your total due for this event will be emailed to you. You must pay the entire amount no later than December 31st, 2021.
5. Passport, Airfare, Accommodations
You must have a passport and be at the Port of Miami on the morning of April 7th, 2022. So plan accordingly. Note that it’s highly recommended that you arrive in Miami the evening before to avoid travel delays that could cause you to miss the ship!
6. Terms and conditions
If you haven’t already, please review the terms and conditions for this event. Your deposit is refundable for 24 hours, after which it becomes non-refundable.

The agenda and itinerary are still in the works – both on the Royal Caribbean end as well as here at A.CRE. As plans are further formalized, we will email you details.
