Vanderbilt University

Vanderbilt University has been honored with a 2020 Leadership Award from the U.S. Green Building Council for the institution’s achievements in green building and its commitment to creating a healthy, sustainable future. During the past 13 years, Vanderbilt has become home to 22 LEED-certified buildings and multiple project certifications are underway as the campus continues to invest in their facilities, infrastructure and natural park-like campus setting. This project showcase will highlight recent projects pursuing LEED certification and how Vanderbilt selects strategies to support their campus wide initiative called FutureVU.
