Join our 2020 Virtual Property tour in August for a stop at McKinstry’s Catalyst Building in Spokane. The Catalyst building, located in Spokane’s South University District, sets a new vision for what’s possible in our built environment. The 159,000-square-foot building aims to be one of the largest zero-energy and one of the first zero-carbon buildings in North America certified by the International Living Future Institute. The building is the result of a unique collaboration between partners representing the design, development, manufacturing and utility industries.
