By 2025, the demographic landscape is poised to dramatically shift, with seniors aged 65 and above projected to comprise over 20% of the total population, entering an era of a super-aged society. This significant change is steering the real estate sector to not only address the surging demand for senior housing facilities but also to explore the burgeoning opportunities within the innovative senior living market.

The 2024 ULI South Korea Annual Conference aims to lead these trends and changes by inviting esteemed experts in the field of senior housing from both domestic and international arenas to share global insights and foster discussion on Korea senior housing development and challenging issues.

Get ready for an international experience like no other, as we bring together ULI members from the Americas to explore and learn about the dynamic world of real estate in Mexico.

Join us for three action-packed days filled with immersive tours, engaging discussions, and networking opportunities with industry leaders and fellow young professionals.

Access To Capital

Despite recent initiatives, access to capital remains the biggest challenge for women and BIPOC developers. The latest pushback against diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts has only raised additional concerns and questions. When discussing the inequity that continues to plague the real estate industry, the most commonly cited roadblocks are limited balance sheets, short track records, and lack of wealthy, influential connections.

Please join ULI for a special event featuring industry leaders and other major stakeholders as they candidly address these and other historic barriers, discuss how to access the capital markets, share best practices for capital raising, and impart what changes are needed to further expand the access to capital for women and BIPOC developers.

We are extremely pleased to announce our next event “Wooden construction in the city: opportunities and challenges from 3 different perspectives”. We are proud to be supported by UBM Development, whose commitment to sustainable construction projects is unparalleled. We look forward to a program that is not only informative but also inspiring, followed by an opportunity for exchange and networking in a pleasant atmosphere.
