As Assistant General Counsel for a Fortune 90 company, Mike Riopel represents the company in all aspects of managing its $60+ billion real estate investment portfolio, including permanent and construction financing transactions, equity and joint venture development projects, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, asset management, and leasing transactions.
Mike holds a law degree and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He's actively involved in leadership and board roles for the university's Center for Real Estate, Real Estate Alumni network, and Business Administration Alumni Association. Mike is a board member of NAIOP Wisconsin and has actively contributed to the national NAIOP Research Foundation for over 10 years. He also serves on the editorial board for NAIOP's "Development Magazine".
