Our Vice President of Development Management position is based in our Denver, CO office and supervises all aspects of new multi family project execution. Responsible for leading 1-2 smaller projects or one complex development project during entitlements, due diligence, design, construction, and lease-up. Leads development projects through coordination of contractors, consultants, property managers, city officials, leasing teams and tenants. Leads development management on projects of varying sizes and complexities. Collaborates with internal deal team members relative to business objectives and project positioning goals and requirements. Ability to work with multiple partners to create achievable project schedules, track milestone dates, and meet project deadlines. Responsible to deliver projects on time and on budget.
