We are seeking to fill a Senior Analyst position immediately in the Corporate Finance group. This role will sit in Boca Raton , Florida.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update quarterly reporting materials for public disclosure and internal analysis
- Coordinate on balance sheet and fund level debt and securities issuances, repurchases and compliance management
- Ad hoc corporate financial analyses
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the company including the investments, accounting, investor relations and asset/fund management teams
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Experience with GAAP accounting principles and non-GAAP reporting with emphasis in public company reporting
- Understanding of and auditing accounting Excel models and reports
- Strong academic record, finance and accounting major preferred
- Integrity and hard work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
