Another Source’s client, Housing Trust Silicon Valley, is recruiting a Loan Processor to join their Multifamily Lending Team in San Jose, California. This role plays a critical part in the mortgage lending process, handling the processing of eligibility and purchase loan applications from start to finish. This role works a hybrid schedule of two days on-site and three days remote.

Housing Trust offers a competitive compensation package, including a bonus plan and benefits. This is a non-exempt, full-time position. The salary range for this position is $32.70 – $36.05 per hour, depending on experience level.

The Loan Processor plays a critical role in the mortgage lending process, handling the processing of eligibility and purchase loan applications from start to finish. This position involves guiding applicants through each stage, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, verifying essential documents, and preparing all necessary loan and closing documentation. The Loan Processor collaborates closely with underwriters, homebuyer education specialists, and title companies to facilitate timely and accurate loan processing, while also providing exceptional customer service and maintaining precise records. The position reports to the Manager of Homebuyer Programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
