Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Manager, will manage the day to day operations and sales initiatives for a portfolio of manufactured home communities in Northern California. This position is based out of Sacramento, CA or surrounding areas.
Must have current, valid driver’s license from the state where the position is located before driving a company-owned vehicle or driving a personal vehicle on company business.
Day and/or overnight travel to communities within portfolio will be required on a routine basis. Additional overnight travel to corporate meetings will be required on occasion.
