• Develop financial models and other analytical tools for acquisition analysis
• Property level underwriting of new and existing real estate investments
• Collection and analysis of market data
• Review of due diligence material
• Preparation of investment committee memorandums and analysis
• Act as liaison with Accounting and Finance staff to assist in quarterly valuations and portfolio analysis, partner distribution waterfall modeling and risk management
• Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis and reporting
• Participate in the quarterly financial reporting, including assisting in calculation of cash flow statements, fair market valuation and anticipated IRRs
