Lease Analyst (Independent Contractor) Full Time

RMI Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join our healthcare real estate asset management team. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized and growing field while supporting the real estate portfolio of a large hospital system client. As a Lease Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing client databases, ensuring data accuracy, preparing real estate reports, and delivering client insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain and update lease databases with current information.
• Perform data entry, including lease details, and financial records.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables, such as lease abstracts, financial reports, and portfolio summaries.
• Assist in the creation of real estate reports, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Research and validate real estate data for reporting and analysis.
• Provide administrative support for the asset management team, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in lease administration, real estate, or related fields (not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn lease administration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare real estate and a desire to grow within the field.

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position with compensation in the range of $60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
