Job Description
Valuation & Advisory Services:
- Assist in market research and data collection within real estate sectors
- Conduct property inspections in designated areas
- Maintain an in-house property databank
- Support in preparing valuation reports and presentation materials
Office Services:
- Aid in daily marketing and business development activities
- Collect leasing data
- Prepare leasing particulars and brand profiles
- Provide basic support for due diligence assignments on property profiles
