RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investor Relationship (“IR”) activities for corporate clients as a part of the Equity Capital Market team within Investment Banking
- Propose IR planning to corporates with ECM / IB bankers
- Arrange IR meetings with global investors together with global Equity Sales and Corporate Access team and includes during roadshow execution related IPOs, capital raising and sell-downs
- Throughout the proposals and arrangements with clients, provide the highest quality of IR services to enhance relationships and lead to business opportunities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple people / teams together with internal stakeholders and work on various IR roadshows at the same time
- Team player and self-starter with a positive attitude
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Prefer 2+ years of experience in a client facing position in a financial industry
