Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Strategy:
  • Analyze international property markets to identify trends and opportunities.

    Stay updated on global property laws, regulations, and investment trends.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with local real estate agents, brokers, and developers in target markets.
    Work closely with internal marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
  • Actively seek and generate leads through networking, online platforms, and referrals.
    Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations.
    Follow up on potential leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Negotiations and Deal Closures:
  • Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
    Prepare contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
    Ensure timely and successful deal closures.

Qualifications and Skills:
