Asset Manager (Independent Contractor) Full Time

RMI Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Asset Manager to oversee a client portfolio within our healthcare real estate practice. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless management of our clients’ real estate operations and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders. The Asset Manager will lead and coordinate efforts across our Lease Analyst and Brokerage Teams to deliver strategic insights and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a client portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic real estate objectives.
• Collaborate with and direct the Lease Analyst and Brokerage Teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client executive team members, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• Conduct financial modeling, analyze portfolio performance, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of real estate reports, including lease analyses and operational updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field (or experience equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience in asset management, real estate, or related fields.
• Licensed real estate broker in Colorado or plan to achieve licensed status within 12 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and collaborating with teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to executive audiences.
• Experience in healthcare real estate or a related industry is a plus.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position with compensation in the range of $110,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
