Associate, Marketing- Real Estate Full Time

This role provides key support to the existing global marketing team within Invesco Real Estate across its wide range of strategy and corporate marketing collateral. With a specific focus on quarterly collateral updates and supporting ongoing, everyday client-related collateral requests, the role is key to ensuring accuracy and global consistency of materials, with adherence to corporate brand guidelines and compliance requirements, with a traditional and/or digital focus.

You will be responsible for:

• Working within the existing team responsible for marketing collateral as well as a team in Hyderabad, this new role will focus on the quarterly updates of standard strategy and corporate marketing materials, including the updating of existing pieces as well as creating new deliverables based on client needs. While working mostly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, some materials are housed in Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign.
• Ensuring all materials are consistent, accurate and as up-to-date as possible are fundamental to the role, as is adhering to corporate brand guidelines and compliance requirements. As is familiarity and comfort of working with data files to create charts in various formats.
• Work closely with Invesco Real Estate’s Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), fund management, investment strategy/strategic analytics and other teams to ensure all day-to-day collateral requests are fulfilled and adhere to high standards and requirements. This includes proactive awareness forthcoming client meetings in order to anticipate timely requirements.
• Ensure all completed requests are uploaded to relevant portals and folders such as Siesmic so internal clients have access to latest available materials.
• As a member of the global marketing team, be a brand custodian for the business – ensuring all produced materials adhere to set guidelines and principles.
• Develop deep knowledge on the job of Invesco’s compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all relevant materials adhere to required rules and are logged with compliance for review in a timely manner.
• In addition, seek ways to automate standard updating processes and create more intelligent ways of working.
• Maintain the photograph and video library, as well as the content library to ensure the real estate business has access to updated and high resolution images of key properties and all latest thought leadership collateral.

The experience you bring:

• Prior relevant work experience preferred (3 years’ minimum) in a comparable position in an international business environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including familiarity and comfort of working with data to create charts in various formats
• Well-organized work style with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and, on occasion, work to tight client-driven deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Real estate investment management or financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Photoshop
• Knowledge of marketing technology solutions such as Jira Kanban, Seismic and Alfresco
