NorthPoint Development was founded on 2012 with their main focus on Industrial and Multi-Family Development, they have completed over 32 million square feet, and have grown to become a family of 10 companies (Development, Multi-Family, Logistics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, 3PL Warehouse, Brokerage Services, Warehousing Platform and Selft Storage).
Offices are located in Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago and Cincinnati.
