Lev’s mission is to provide CRE investors with a best-in-class experience for financing properties. The company uses data and automation to help real estate owners and investors source financing and manage their capital stack. It also operates a marketplace of more than 5,000 lenders, on which sponsors can get quotes for their projects through the company’s app. Lev was founded in 2019 by Sammy Greenwall and Yaakov Zar and is based in New York.
