The Real Estate Associate position is an opportunity that will expose the individual to multiple aspects of the multi-family commercial real estate industry. In this unique role, you will have an opportunity to learn the fundamental aspects of both debt and equity platforms. You will have the opportunity to perform post-close Asset Management on a portfolio of multifamily and BTR assets as well as provide direct support for Debt Originations via production management and business development.
The Real Estate Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Asset Management
Production Management – Originations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate and/or finance (MBA or Masters in Real Estate preferred, but not required)
Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management, finance and/or investment banking. Multifamily experience required. Experience with GSE Multifamily lending (Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae) a plus.
