Lease Analyst (Independent Contractor) Full Time NEW

RMI Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join our healthcare real estate asset management team. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized and growing field while supporting the real estate portfolio of a large hospital system client. As a Lease Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing client databases, ensuring data accuracy, preparing real estate reports, and delivering client insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately maintain and update lease databases with current information.
Perform data entry, including lease details, and financial records.
Prepare and distribute client deliverables, such as lease abstracts, financial reports, and portfolio summaries.
Assist in the creation of real estate reports, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Research and validate real estate data for reporting and analysis.
Provide administrative support for the asset management team, as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred 1-2 years of experience in lease administration, real estate, or related fields (not required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn lease administration tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in healthcare real estate and a desire to grow within the field.

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position with compensation in the range of $60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
