Job Responsibilities:

Gain an in-depth understanding of the business, build a business-financial analysis model in combination with the business, establish a reasonable and effective analysis system, fully support and promote various solutions, and deeply support business decision-making and process management;
Have the ability to build financial models, conduct diversified analysis from financial and business perspectives, and put forward relevant management suggestions, work closely with various departments to promote the improvement of the company’s overall operational efficiency and financial management;
Improve and monitor the key indicator system of each business line, track, analyze and evaluate the performance execution process of the business department, and regularly count and output the relevant financial KPI data of each department to complete the results, and assist the operation analysis and performance appraisal of each business line;
Data construction and optimization: data refinement, improve data accuracy/completeness/traceability; optimize system functions. Intelligent system reports;
Conduct in-depth special analysis of problems and potential risks in the company’s project management process, and provide data and information support for business decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in financial management, accounting, financial informationization or statistics;
Three years or more of experience in the Big Four accounting firms or consulting companies;
More than four years of full-time work experience in business or financial analysis;
Strong statistical analysis and data processing, analysis and problem-solving skills, proficient in data mining and business analysis knowledge, and proficient in commonly used data analysis formulas or tools;
Proficient in MS Office software and able to independently write high-quality reports;
Those familiar with SAP system are preferred.
