The Project Management will be responsible to assist the SVP, Construction – Asset Management with the monitoring of the construction/renovation projects, as well as all aspects of the draw requisition process.
The Project Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Education: Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Property Management, Real Estate, or Construction Management preferred.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years property management, construction, or real estate project management/capital project experience with knowledge of renovation/construction terminology.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Travel: Up to 20%
