This is the medium through which you can interact directly with the course instructors and get your questions answered related to real estate financial modeling topics NOT specific to any one course.
Michael and Spencer will do their best to answer your questions as promptly as their schedules permit. Keep in mind, they’re only available to answer questions outside of business hours (Central US and Pacific US time).
Forum Guidelines
– Only post questions NOT specifically related to the content in any particular course. For instance, have a modeling question for a deal you’re personally working on? We’re happy to offer our thoughts on how you might tackle it.
– Do not answer questions other participants have asked.
– Feel free to ask follow up questions within the same thread; if the question is unrelated to the thread, please start a new thread.
