    Hi Steve,

    Sorry to hear of the issue! Is the issue related to just one video, or all videos in the course?

    To help us troubleshoot this, would you mind clearing your browser cache and giving it another try. Occasionally, issues like this can be resolved just by clearing cache. Another way to do this is to either open the Accelerator in a different browser or open the Accelerator in an incognito tab.
