Senior Risk Manager, Special Servicing – Arbor Realty Trust
The position requires proactive asset management and timely resolution of the assigned portfolio of distressed CRE mortgage loans. Asset Management Specialist – Sun Communities
The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for gathering documents and information to assist with the return to inventory of new and pre-owned homes and the purchase of pre-owned homes. They also assist with the effective execution of core service programs, service responsiveness and cost management.

Procurement Analyst – Dallas – CBRE
The purpose of this position is to craft and analyze reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors for a specific account. Candidate needs to have experience reading, managing, and negotiating contracts. Experience with technology such as Tableau, Corrigo, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office is a plus.
